The company¡¯s R & D Center has over 30 technicians of product design, manufacturing process and test.  

    Its core technical team consists of well-known professors from Beijing Institute of Technology and a group of optical design and manufacturing process senior engineers and senior test experts with high attainments and abilities in China¡¯s Optical industry. They received rigid professional trainings in some famous companies of America, Germany or Britain.

        Also, the company keeps good co-operative relationships with Beijing Institute of Technology and Changchun University of Science and Technology as well as some celebrated experts from research institutes.

    In the case of design tools, the R & D Center employs CODE V and Zemax for designing aspherical optical systems; it is also equipped with AUOCAD and PRO/E.

    On the basis of Project System, the Center has set up a complete management system of opto-electronic research, product development, engineering and technical support and service.
